I had many bad and good experience, latest bad experience was today with Etisalat, where i called information contact center 181, and asked for a Hotel phone number, then they gave me a wrong number which is not used, i called them back and asked for the supervisor and submitted a complaint. She said your complaint is now registered and we will take actions with the agent who sent you a wrong number, i told her i do not want any action with the agent, i don't care if he was even promoted! I just want you to compensate me for the lost credit of 1 AED! I know i sound cheap but i was really pissed of paying money to get a wrong number!!!!!

I had a bad experience with RTA one time. I paid for parking through SMS, but when I came out, I noticed that there was a 150 Dhs fine on my car!

I called the Call Centre and told them the issue and that I have an SMS from them confirming that I already paid for a couple of hours, yet a fine was issued during that paid period.

They told me once a fine is issued, it can't be taken out of the system. I told them I am willing to visit them so that they can see the SMS for themselves. However they pretty much told me it would be a waste of time and nobody can do anything about it.

Abdullah, If you're upset over the 1 AED, then I can't describe how I'm feeling about the 155 AED :)

I had a bad and good customer service experience at the same time.

The good experience was when I called DID  (Department of Economic Development ) to complain about a medical laser centre. I’ve informed the agent that I made an online purchase for this centre, however nobody is answering my calls for nearly 2 weeks. I was afraid that it might be an internet scam. The agent told me he will take care of this and will update me the earliest.

Five minutes later, the medical centre manager called me to sort out the issue. Once the call was over, I received a call from DID Customer Service Call Center. They were doing a survey on the performance of the DID agent who handled my complaint. Of course, I’ve given them a good feedback.

Now the bad experience was when nothing was actually done to sort out my issue. The manager pretty much disappeared and no one was answering the line at the medical centre. I called DID 3 times, and every time they would send me an SMS saying they will contact me shortly, however nobody called me until now.

When i was flying in Etihad airways there was this elderly lady who was sick and needed to rest ,so the flight attendant requested the persons seated beside her to move to other seats and gave an entire row for the  lady to rest.

I had lately a great experience in a restaurant in Festival city Dubai, Nothing special happened except that the waiter was actually LISTENING, I told the gentleman serving our table that I m not familiar with their food style so the guy took the time to explain and advise and cam back to check on his choice, for me it was one of the best experience just because he understood my case and dealt with it, I worked in F&B and I know waiters who actually does that are RARE

I had a bad experience with Idea telecom . The problem was, I had not requested for change my bill plan but unfortunately they changed my plan monthly to annually. I called up to customer care and gave my issues, but they were saying that they could not help me out . after the discussion they registered my complain and asked to pay my bill after resolution. but the problem I faced they blocked my incoming and outgoing without intimate me.

In recent past my Father had some software issue in his Samsung Smartphone. As it was bought from EROS and they are the Dealer here for Samsung my father dropped his cellphone with them for Repair. Now it took almost 15-20 days for them to get it fixed, very unusual for software problem and compared to Axiom Telecom where they promise 1 hour repair. So having waited for around 2-3 weeks finally the phone was back. This is the SAD part.

The GOOD part is that after couple of days of receiving the phone fixed, we received a courier addressing to my father from Samsung (Korea). It had a letter inside, apologizing for delay and some goodies. The pain was gone.bruise healed.

Upon a recent trip to London, I had an important business meeting in Milton Keynes and needed to use the rail services.

I got there very early to buy my ticket so that I didn't miss my train. After buying my ticket I was looking everywhere on the boards to find which platform my train was departing from only to be informed that the train was not departing from that station, but from a station 25 minutes away!

Needless to say,  I missed my train and had to get one much later than I anticipated but somehow managed to make the meeting on time.

I have 5 years experience in Call centre where I collect and know everything about this world, people and every surrounded thing. As peoples say that in this world there are various types of jobs, some are good and some are bad. But in my opinion all jobs are neither good nor bad its totally depends on us. Presently I am working in Go4Customer which is one of the best organizations in call centre platform. Here I am getting everything which every employee need in his/her job life.
